In June we officially re-opened the Sonus faber Headquarters to the world and we had the pleasure to host for a few days lots of international journalists which had to wait a long time to visit the beating heart of our company.
A journey through the history of Sonus faber, from the first loudspeakers to the last news still under development. One of the most popular room was the Production Boutique, the area where we assembled only the speakers of the Reference collection. That’s the place where our master craftsmen give life to our icon Aida.
The journey into Sonus faber’s world continued with the guided audio demo in the new listening rooms of the company. Rocco Patriarca in his review on Audio Review talks about them like this: “Extremely modern, highly treated, highly controlled in order to represent a real tool for checking the performance of products and prototypes. Not deaf, not reverberating, not anechoic. But a fair compromise to offer a suitable environment for testing all the speakers under development.”
These days were also an opportunity to present to the public the successful partnership with Maserati. You all know that the MC20 super sports car is powered by Sonus faber audio, but big things are coming!
Paolo Corciulo from Suono magazine talked about us, highlighting how craftsmanship coexists with quantity and high-quality standards: “The appearance and care in pursuing the Made in Italy are part of the heritage of Sonus faber, which has not abandoned an craft base processing of precious materials that coexists with the needs, numbers and standard of luxury productions.”
We are very happy to have re-opened the doors of our home again, and to have brought the authentic Sonus faber experience to life with strong roots in tradition and a strong vision of the future.
